Hannah Horn

Hannah is what we call ‘home-grown’. Born and raised in West Sacramento, she has seen her fair share of street violence that is related to gang and drug activities. Dedicated at Horizon as a baby and attending kid’s and youth ministry, she has literally grown up at Horizon Church.

When Hannah was 10 years old she knew she was called to work with children. In 2018, Hannah served as a youth leader, which led her to volunteering time in children’s ministry.

We here at Horizon are proud to have her serve as Director of our Children’s Ministry – Adventure Kidz Ministry.

She is studying to obtain her certification in ministry through the Berean courses offered by the Assemblies of God.

“When God calls you on a ‘adventure’ he’s saying he will be with you. He is beside you. I’m so excited and look forward to taking your kid(s) on a Adventure through scriptures. Teaching, guiding, and showing true love that God provides in His Word.”
