Self-Defense and Physical Fitness Class

Our class focuses on improving flexibility, agility, coordination, and physical conditioning.

We combine a great physical workout with self-defense techniques and movements which are ideal for many people.

Fridays at 6pm – 7:30pm (ages 18 and up)
