Pastor Dave and Carrie Diggs

Pastor Dave Diggs and his wife Carrie came to Horizon Church in January of 2025 after serving as Worship Pastor in another local church for over 16 years. Dave is licensed with the Assemblies of God, and is a third generation pastor who has been leading worship since his sophomore year of high school. Dave and Carrie have been married for 20 years. They are excited to be part of the Horizon team and what God is doing here in West Sacramento.
